HEALTH
Health services are well developed in East Africa. They are many Hospitals, health Centers and other permanent medical facilities all over the country. Visitors originating from countries infested with cholera and yellow fever should have with them valid Vaccination certificates.

CUSTOMS
Personal effects including binocular camera film may be imported temporary free of duty, a custom bond may be demanded from visitors bringing in video, filming equipments, radios, tape recorders and musical instruments to ensure that the goods are re-imported. Firearms require special permit.

DEPARTURE
An Airport tax of US$20 is levied to all visitors departing from Tanzania.

RESERVATION
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking and balance at least 30 days before the tour begins.

TRANSPORTATION
Cars, Minibuses, Landrovers or Couches will be provided according to the route and number of clients. The right is reserved to employ the services of subcontractors.

LIABILITY
All expeditions involve element of personal risk and at times can be of a harzadous nature. Expedition members must accept the risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, and expense.

Breakfast: Tea/Coffee/Milo and Fried Eggs and Bread with Butter/Jam/honey, Seasonal Fruits & Fresh Juice
Lunch: Beef/Cheese/Tomatoes/Egg Sandwiches, with Seasonal fruits and Hot or Cold Drinks, this means Tea/Coffee or Fruit Juice
Dinner: Soup & Bread, then Rice with Beef or Chicken Chips or Spaghetti with minced meat, then Seasonal Fruits then Tea or Coffee

EVACUATION INSURANCE
We are able to offer flying doctor coverage at a nominal charge. Please request this at a time of booking.

CLIMBING GEARS
The following gears are necessary for climbing - Mountain boots, Sleeping bag, Warm jackets, Warm trouser, Balaclava (Hat) Sunglasses, Ski poles, Rain gears, Warm socks, Water bottle and Mud flaps.

Less than 14 days you lose 40%
Less than 30 days you lose 30%
Less than 60 days you lose 20%
